Ratification declaration notes

UNEP received a note on 31 December 1991, from the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to UNEP to the effect that the Russian Federation continues the membership of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics in all conventions, agreements and other international legal instruments concluded in its framework or under its auspices. A similar note was received in respect of the Montreal Protocol.
