Form 1: Reports of fully proven cases^* of illegal trade, in accordance with paragraph 7 of decision XIV/7, paragraph 5 of decision XXXI/3 and paragraph 3 of decision XXXIV/8

Form 2: Reports on how significant cases of illegal production, import, export or consumption have been addressed and the causes, in accordance with decision XXXI/3, paragraph 5 (d)
