Caption: The figure displays the interrelationships of ozone research and observations with the policy community. Data and research flow outward to the policy communities of the Montreal Protocol and the Vienna Convention, but are assessed and organized by the intermediate organizations. Each segment is meant to represent a particular organization within the overall community, with linkages indicated by either overlaps or arrows.
