UV-B solar radiation monitoring in Central America and the Caribbean as an indirect way to gain knowledge on the condition and behaviour of the ozone layer

This regional project involves purchasing four equipment for measuring solar UV-B radiation and training operators on the use of solarimeter and management of datalogging system. The project aims at acquisition of reliable data and information on solar UV-B radiation in Central America and the Caribbean.
