My main activity for VNIIPO is focused on issues related to fixed fire suppression systems of any type, flame detectors and portable extinguishers. VNIIPO has an interest in the topics of the Montreal Protocol because it is a body responsible for technical control of Montreal Protocol related issues in Russia.
  3. This declaration constitutes my written agreement, pursuant to paragraph 8 of the COI Guidelines, to comply with the Guidelines. I understand that this written agreement is a condition of my service.

From time-to-time, Jensen Hughes, Inc., may also provide its internal support for labour and travel for me to attend Fire SuppressionTechnical Options Committee, Technology and Economics Assessment Panel, Temporary Subsidiary Body, or Montreal Protocol meetings.

  2. I am a General Manager for Modern Systems Engineering, a specialty company working in Egypt, providing engineering, procurement, and installation services in the fire protection field. MSE has an interest in the topics of the Montreal Protocol because it provides a wide range of fire protection design services to government and corporate clients and public sector projects, including work related to halon alternatives. I also have a Compliance role as a Member of Fire Protection Technical Committee (FPTC), responsible for implementing the Egyptian code for Professional Fire Protection Engineers. I assist in the administration of the section of education to upgrade the engineers’ knowledge about clean gas, ozone protection, and greenhouse gas matters.

JCI has an interest in the topics of the Montreal Protocol because it provides a wide range of fire protection solutions, to a large array of customers, including work related to halons, hydrofluorocarbons and their alternatives. I also sit on (and/or Chair) many industry groups and provide technical advice to those groups.
