The Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning and Heat Pumps Technical Options Committee (RTOC) is one of the five Technical Options Committees of the Technology and Economic Assessment Panel. RTOC assesses the use of controlled substances in the refrigeration and air-conditioning sectors that include domestic, commercial, industrial, and transport refrigeration, mobile air-conditioning. The Committee also assesses the development, feasibility and uptake of alternative technology.
